The Partnership was created to serve as the New York State Local Area Network for Excellence (LANE) convener for the national Advancing Excellence in America’s Nursing Homes campaign. As the New York State LANE Convener, the Partnership will bring information, resources and tools from the national campaign to New York’s nursing home providers to assist with your own quality improvement priorities.
